Ethan Vale Archive presents a photographer's work as an object you can hold. Twenty-one photographs sit on a sphere that visitors drag, spin and zoom into, with depth shading that dims the frames turned away from them.

The experience

• Opening sequence. A loading splash and a full-screen intro film with a skip control, then the headline resolves word by word.
• Two ways to browse. The 3D sphere, or a calm grid view with captions.
• Lightbox with field notes. Each frame expands smoothly from where it sat and shows its title, location and a short story.
• Considered details. A custom cursor, touch-friendly gestures, safe-area padding for phones and reduced-motion support.

Everything lives in one HTML file, so swapping in your own photographs means editing a single list.
