• Purchases. When you pay, Stripe shares your email address, your name and the payment result with us. We keep them with your order number, items, amount and date.
• Free downloads. We count downloads without collecting any personal details.
• Support messages. Your email address, your message and, if you add them, your name and order number.
• Library access. A scrambled fingerprint of your private library link and when it was last used, never the link itself.
• Security. To protect the store, our servers briefly process your IP address to slow down abusive requests. It is held in memory for a short time and is not saved to our database.
• Your cart. It is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach us. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.

We only send emails you need: receipts, download links and replies to your messages. We do not send marketing emails.

Our emails include open and click tracking, which tells us whether a message was opened or a link was clicked. Links that carry your private library key are never tracked.

We count page visits with privacy-friendly, cookieless statistics provided by our website platform. They do not use cookies and do not identify you.

The store does not set advertising or tracking cookies. When you open a live preview, the template may load fonts, scripts or media from its own providers, and those providers can receive your IP address.

We keep order records for as long as we need them to give you re-downloads and to meet accounting and tax rules. Support messages are kept while we help you and for a reasonable time afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those legal duties.

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your information, and object to how we use it. Send the request through the support page and we will respond within the time the law requires.

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we respect Global Privacy Control signals. If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Paid files live in private storage, library links are stored only as scrambled fingerprints, every page is served over HTTPS, and requests pass through a firewall that blocks abuse.
